1. No deadbeat buyers please.
2. Prices are slightly negotiable (but this is up to my discretion) & if more than 1 person is interested in the top, it becomes an auction with a minimum bid increase of 2 ringgit.
3. Strictly no returns or refunds.
4. CODs/ Meetups are only possible in PJ (the Curve, 1 Utama, Mutiara Damansara), Subang (anywhere in SS15), Cheras.
5. Add RM5 for postage. Buyers bear the full cost of postage and I'll ship the items out once the money is deposited into my bank a/c. (postage might be more for those of you in East Malaysia)
